About the Role
Our operational area is Quality Control, responsible for ensuring that the spare parts purchased meet the right quality and technical requirements. The work includes receiving inspections, reviewing technical documentation, and producing clear materials for installation and verification in the facility. The goal is to ensure order, traceability, and correct handling of all spare parts.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily:
- Compile documentation for our control parties
- Maintain ongoing contact with:
- Stores
- Quality Engineers
- Inspectors
- Buyers
- Suppliers (as needed)
In addition to daily tasks, administrative tasks will also include:
- Structuring and updating archives
- Sorting polymer spare parts in stores
- Reporting back to relevant material planners
The work is performed with the support of a mentor, and you will have the opportunity to work with both mechanical and electronic spare parts depending on needs and interests. The role provides a clear and practical insight into quality assurance and demonstrates the importance of structure and traceability in the handling of spare parts. Although the work is not technically advanced, it involves handling technical documentation and provides valuable experience in industrial quality processes.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies at a college, vocational school, or university
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who is confident and stable, with good self-awareness and the ability to distinguish between the professional and the personal. You adapt your behavior to the situation and take responsibility for your tasks by structuring your work and driving processes forward. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and work purposefully to ensure that the results meet high standards.
